ACC has an Integrated Voice Response, or IVR, online system that aides dealers in managing phone leads generated from a direct mail piece.
With our system, customers are encouraged through a direct mail piece to call a toll free number or access a special website to begin the process of approval on an auto loan. They are then prompted to type in their approval code, which is printed on their mail piece. The system is then able to identify the customer and registers their name, address, phone number, etc. as a lead on the secure website. The dealer then calls these leads and sets up appointments for them to visit the dealership to complete their loan application and purchase.
This service is usually tied into credit score-driven mailers, but can be used in conjunction with any direct mail campaign.
